You used a bunch of nice colours, which combined all together look great.
This will sound so weird, but it's one of those super pictures I wouldn't mind looking at every day.

And it doesn't sound weird I know exactly what you mean. I constantly keep deliberately opening this picture on my computer to look at it again because in my head it seems really cool. But then gazing upon it isn't satisfying because I drew it so I try it again another day haha.

I was really happy with how this turned out. In a non egotistic way haha.

Oooh Ash! You've returned. It's so good to see you commenting on Deviantart again. I missed you.

This picture relates to Starworks: PaRaDoX! or the sequel of Starworks I guess.

In the first Starworks; Ben, Starra, Jacob and Matt end up destroying the evil deity Lunar-Sollord who created the planet that they live on Lumin but had since then been neglecting it. You may remember this picture: [link]
Lunar-Sollord is also responsible for unleashing the Dusk into Lumin.

So to avenge the death of Lunar-Sollord, his wife of sorts, Nyx the goddess of night travels to Lumin strapped to a meteor. But the journey weakens her a great deal so she has to conceal herself deep inside the planet, in a place known as "Vena Cava" or the planet's heart. She's too weak to carry out her purpose on the planet she gives birth to a son she calls Nemesis who is the deity of revenge and retribution and tells him to locate an object called the Pseudomonarchia Daemonum which is a box that Nemesis's siblings (or Lunar-Sollord's other children) were trapped inside when they were banished from the deities realm for neglecting their responsibilities of representing virtues.

But Nyx's real intention, with the help of her children is to get to the planet's core where the planet's soul and a Starworks (giant soul powered machine) called RE:turn is kept. What ever soul is put inside RE:turn gets erased and returned to it's initial state. Nyx plans on using the planet's soul inside which would reset the entire planet and return it to a time when Lunar-Sollord was in full power and every event that happened in the first Starworks story would never happen.

However to get to the planet's core, several gates that are located all around and in the planet called soul gates need to be destroyed and opened. However as each gate is opened the planet's soul becomes damaged and parts of the planet start to get corrupted. Essentially the planet develops an illness called "The Paradox Eclipse". Islands in the ocean start collapsing, people start disappearing, anything can happen as the paradox eclipse sets in.

So Ben and Starra must embark on another tretcherous journey, this time not across Lumin but deeper and deeper inside uncovering the mysteries and mechanics of the planet created by Lunar-Sollord. Enlisting the help of Chibi-Yama the new princess of the starchild and Pandora the sly and strange Queen of the Dusk the four heroes must find a way to stop Lunar-Sollord's children, the Deva from allowing the planet to be devoured by the Paradox Eclipse.
